Montclair’s latest townhouse project, Alys, is a collection of 16 luxurious townhomes, fully customizable, found in the heart of the Bois-Franc district, in Saint Laurent. The name was inspired by famous aviator Alys McKey Bryant, the first woman to fly over Canada and its pacific coast during the first world war.
