ASSISTANT TO SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job descriptions

  1. Greeting clients and presenting the project and the model units
  2. Guide and respond to clients’ questions
  3. Establish a good relationship between the clients and the sales representative
  4. Follow up between potential clients and the sales representative
  5. Complete the client’s file regarding the choice of colors, options, etc.

Job Requirements

  1. Pertinent sales experience
  2. Know-how in time management and appointment scheduling
  3. Minimal knowledge in interior design
  4. French and English written and spoken
  5. Professional appearance

Work Location

Bois Franc Project

St-Laurent (near Côte-Vertu Metro station and commuter train)

Conditions

Minimum 20 hours including Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

INTERIOR DESIGN COORDINATOR

Le Groupe Montclair has a position open for an Interior Design Coordinator for its prestigious residential project “Bois Franc” in Saint-Laurent.

Job Description

  1. Analysis of completed Sales Contract
  2. Meeting with buyers to complete their interior design dossier including choice of model, interior design, choice of colors and materials, options, etc.
  3. Coordinate pricing of options and modifications with construction staff
  4. Preparation of files for our accounting and construction departments
  5. Responsibility of the interior design and maintenance of our Design Center
  6. Coordination and follow up with construction team

Job Requirements

  1. Experience in interior design and residential construction
  2. French and English spoken and written
  3. Professional appearance
