Montreal, February 19, 2020<\/strong> \u2013 Groupe Montclair officially broke ground today on the Wilfrid condo project in Bois-Franc, Saint-Laurent. Municipal councilors Aref Salem, Francesco Miele and Jacques Cohen attended the groundbreaking ceremony, along with Greg Galardo, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois T\u00e9treault, Henrik Houle, Dominique Galardo and Nicolas Galardo of Groupe Montclair, and Sarah Castoriano from Groupe Mach.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAfter launching our project just three months ago in November, we\u2019re proud to announce that 80% of the units have been sold and that construction has begun,\u201d says Montclair Sales and Marketing Director Nicolas Galardo. This is Groupe Montclair\u2019s largest condo project to date in Bois-Franc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the WR, WR2, and WR3 projects, phase four of this innovative mixed-use project will include 100 residential units in addition to the other 275 units built in the area. The ground floor will house a range of shops and services to round out the existing commercial offer, including banners such as Premi\u00e8re Moisson, IGA, Chocolats Favoris, and more. Wilfrid is designed to meet the highest standards in sustainable development and quality and will include common areas such as a gym and elegant lobby, as well as a lounge and rooftop terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
