Groupe Montclair was the project manager of the Anjou-sur-le-Lac residential project,
which included 120 condos and 150 townhouses. They took on an immense challenge
by taking over a financially troubled project and turning it into a huge success.
They completed the project by building two 8-storey towers,
which were of remarkably superior construction quality.
